Technology meets design: NIU Hotel in Essen

A real design object: the first hotel of the new NIU line was built in Essen, whose 147 rooms impress with their individual design and local colour. Neugebauer planned and carried out the complete installation of the electronics.

The things that guests cannot see are particularly important in a hotel. The sound and data technology as well as the entire security technology and fire alarm systems were realised by Neugebauer to ensure the highest level of comfort for guests. The lighting fulfils the highest design standards, both in the individually designed rooms and in the reception and restaurant areas.
