Customised working environment with high efficiency: Arcadia Parc Düsseldorf

In a prominent location in the north of Düsseldorf, Arcadia Parc offers a wide range of development opportunities. In addition to office buildings, over 200 neighbouring flats are being built here.

Neugebauer was responsible for the electrical installations at Arcadia Stern. An 11-storey, ultra-modern office building with office space and an underground car park with around 220 parking spaces was built on an area of around 11,000 square metres as an extension to Arcadia Parc.

The Arcadia Stern follows a basic concept geared towards sustainability. The innovative façade design made of thermally insulating ceramics has a noticeably positive energy efficiency in addition to its visual impact. The circular building has an outer radius of around 40 metres and merges with the existing building to form a straight structure.
Work began in August 2018 and was completed in June 2020.
