Technology meets design: NIU Hotel in Essen
A real design object: The first hotel in the new NIU brand was built in Essen. Its 147 rooms captivate visitors with individual designs and local colour. Neugebauer planned and installed all electronic components.
In a hotel, the most important things are things which guests will never even see. Neugebauer installed the sound and data systems, as well as the security and fire alarm systems, to ensure perfect comfort for guests. Lighting meets the most exacting design standards, both in the individually designed rooms and in the reception and restaurant areas.
